The dish I am going to introduce today is scrambled eggs with tomatoes, which is a traditional Chinese home-cooked dish.
First we prepare two eggs, a tomato and the condiments you need, the tomato sauce will be more intense if you h***e it.
Step two, start beating the eggs, wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces.

Step three, heat the oil and scramble the eggs first, they don't need to be particularly well cooked. Then put the tender eggs back into the bowl.
Step 4: Stir fry the tomatoes, pressing out the juice, add the tomato paste and when the tomatoes are a little softer, add the eggs and stir fry them together.
This completes the scrambled eggs with tomatoes. I love this dish and eat it almost every day.
